In the 1950’s Ike Eisenhower had made a deal with the gray aliens to trade DNA for technology. Our government sent twelve astronauts, ten men and two women to the planet Serpo located approximately twelve light years distant. It happened, Henry Kroll, on my trip into the
forbidden valley.

THE FORBIDDEN VALLEY

My hands shook as I read the warning note.

      “Firstly, you should be aware that there
       is an ongoing war between the Turkish
       Security Forces and Kurdistan Workers’
      Party (PKK) guerrillas.

      “People are being killed on the streets
       by unidentified murderers and none of
       them was unidentified or arrested.
       Therefore it is really risky and dangerous
       to travel in Kurdistan.

      “There is a strong possibility that
       security forces will arrest or detain you
       if they see your travel visa issued by
       any Kurdish organisation. Therefore you
       should not show your visa to any Turkish
       official.”

So warned the FAX message sent to me with my
Kurdish “visa”.

It had been a scary week.

And now our bus was being stopped by Turkish
police.

“Everyone out. We’re going to search your
baggage.”

The uniformed Turkish officer was coming along
the line. He would soon reach my baggage.

Stuffed inside my sleeping-bag cover was my
safe-passage document issued by the outlawed
Kurds. If the Turks found it, we were finished.

I had to do something fast.

Looking quickly to see if anyone was watching
me, I thrust my hand inside the cover of the
sleeping-bag, pulled out that document, and
nervously stuffed it behind my belt at the back
of my trousers.

Only then did I look up – and realised someone
was watching. And while they watched… the piece
of paper slid down my legs back on to the ground.

THE GRAVE MARKERS

Archaeologists recognise place names as a record
of history. And, according to local place names,
the eight human survivors of the Great Flood
settled here, in eastern Turkey, in the famous
Valley of Eight.

In this wild region American archaeologist Ron
Wyatt had discovered two very ancient graves.
And the inscriptions were unmistakable.

They represented probably the first post-Flood
grave marker on this planet, that of a famous
man’s wife. And nearby, that of the husband
himself – a man called Noah.

Here was evidence of a man that many had thought
was only a legend.

The two grave markers bore an ancient, petroglyph
portrayal of Noah’s death on one marker and that
of his wife on the other. These grave markers were
in the front of a very ancient stone house.

Below the rainbow (associated worldwide with the
Flood account), on the left was the crest of a
wave, and atop the wave a boat. To the right of
this were eight stick characters.

It was clear who they were. Two larger figures
(male and female), accompanied by three smaller
men (their sons) and behind them three women
(their sons’ wives).

According to the ancient book of Genesis, the
sole human survivors of the Great Flood were
Noah and his wife, their three sons Shem, Ham
and Japheth, and their sons’ wives.

The inscription showed the woman crouching. Her
head was bowed and her eyes closed. And the other
seven were walking away from her. She must have
been the first of them to go.

In front of the adjacent village was an ancient
wall faced with tiles. Engraved on the tiles was
a sequence of pictures portraying an event.

Firstly, animals were shown entering the survival
vessel. There were eight people shown.

Secondly were portrayed the faces of other people,
around the Ark.

Then the Ark was shown, riding on a wave.

The deity was depicted, with water flowing from
His feet.

And eight people were depicted under a rainbow.

NIGHT ROBBERY

But the most exciting find was the two grave
markers. Let me ask, could you keep such a
discovery secret? Ron was exploding. He wanted to
shout it to the world!

“That’s incredible,” gasped one of the
archaeological team   “I have to see this!”

Trembling with excitement, Ron drove the man out
to Kazan. You might call Ron naive. He trusted
that his friend would feel the same awe that had
moved him. A reverence, if you like.

Very soon after, something happened. Mehmet, the
village mayor, looked both ways down the street,
then yanked the visitor inside.

The pact was sealed with a drink and the visitor
crept out into the darkness and sped off with no
lights on.

Within hours, the two graves were dug up.

GOVERNMENT INVESTIGATION

“Mr Wyatt, we want to find out if you have any
knowledge of who could have done such a thing.”

The Turkish authorities were most concerned.
They informed him that over 100 million U.S.
dollars worth of gold and gemstones had been
stolen from the graves.

One item, a bodice around her waist, with large
stones in it, had sold on the black-market in
Istanbul for $75 million dollars!

Of course, it had to be quite an incredible
piece, and the description of this one item was
more than a person could comprehend.

The Turkish authorities tracked down the source
of the artefacts through their intelligence on
activities in the Black Market – but the
perpetrator himself eluded capture.

However, the chief of the village near the
gravesite – Mehmet – has been identified as an
accomplice. His share of the proceeds, it appears,
has enabled him to buy his way out of trouble
with authorities.

As you know, there is corruption at high levels
in all countries.

Turkish authorities have been seeking to recover
these precious artefacts. They told us they were
aware of the identity of the man most likely to
have committed this outrage.

As it happened, he dropped from our team and
from the public eye shortly after the theft from
the two graves.

THE WARNINGS

You may understand, my heart was set on getting
over to Kazan.

After all, out there were some of the first
anchor stones to be dropped from the Ark as it
was coming in to land.

There also the first post-Flood family built a
house, tilled the ground. And there, finally,
Noah and his wife had been buried.

Just think about it! This place was the ancestral
home of us all.

I confided my plans to Dr Allen Roberts, a former
member of the team.

“Don’t go, Jonathan,” he warned. “It’s too
dangerous. People disappear.”

I spoke to Ron. “Keep away from Kazan,” he urged.
“They’ll kill you.”

Yes, Ron’s discoveries had catalysed the grave
robberies there. Subsequently, the chief had
plotted Ron’s death. The concern was valid.

But how deeply I longed to go in and document
what was there!

After all, this was the place of our roots – of
all of us on this planet. This was an important
discovery. This was where it all began. I just
had to go in there and record it.

Nevertheless, I had been well appraised of the
danger.

Yet this whole thing kept nagging at me. I
determined to take all possible precautions.

Over several months, I contacted representatives
of the Kurdish guerrillas for a letter of safe
passage into their rebel region of Turkey.

Perhaps naively, I hoped that if in danger of
being kidnapped, I could show this document to
any hostile band and gain release.

INTO DANGER VALLEY

On the way out to Kazan, my driver stopped to
pick up a man who introduced himself as the
village chief.

Trevor nudged me.  “He looks sinister.”

The man gave another name, but I recognised him
as Mehmet, the man against whom Ron had warned
me.

He accompanied us to some anchor stones lying
near the village.

Some of the village children eyed us from a
distance.

We wandered over to a rise, where two of the
anchors were now being used upside down as
grave markers.

Then we headed for a hill about a mile west of
the village.

From here we could look back toward the village,
set in a bowl depression.

As we ascended the hill, I kept noticing holes
in the ground.

It turned out that since finding valuables in
Noah’s wife’s grave, the villagers had been
digging up other graves in the area, in the hope
of finding more treasure.

On top of the hill lay another anchor stone,
dropped, evidently, when the survival vessel
sailed over this peak.  The cable hole on one
anchor was broken.

For an hour Mehmet and his deputy guided us over
the Valley of Eight, to anchor stones (drogue
stones), altars and inscriptions.

But my eyes kept scanning for the spot I had
really come to see.  All these other things were,
of course, interesting – but the site of Noah’s
house and grave – that was why I was really here.

Though I was careful not to let Mehmet see me
looking for them.

Then eventually, from the summit of this hill,
I recognised the location, to the north of the
village.

Back near the village itself, our hosts were
knocking stones from a wall to show us an old
inscription.

But that was not why I was here. I was silently
impatient.

TURNING POINT

It was now or never.  The risk had to be taken.
Dangerous it could be if the chief discovered
what I really knew of Ron, himself and the grave
robbery.

Better to feign ignorance, throw in someone
else’s name. Someone that I knew he trusted.

Swallowing hard, I drew a sketch of Noah’s
gravestone and mentioned the name of another
person, one whose name would not make him
suspicious.

“David Fasold saw this?” I queried, pointing to
the sketch.  “Is this somewhere around here?”

Mehmet instantly recognised it.  Agitation
showed.  “No, not David Fasold!” he snapped
quickly.

The friendly man had now turned savage.

Then he paused, weighing his words.  “On my land
– over there.”

I did not know it at the time, but this man
carried a gun under his jacket.

Now, instead of taking us to the place we wanted
to go, where I knew the house and the grave sites
to be, Mehmet and his henchman skirted that area,
then drew us away from it.

We passed the giant 12-foot altar which overlooked
it all … and kept going!

Up on the hill, beyond the big altar, Ron had seen
human bones – and a skull with hair still on it –
which dogs had been devouring.

This man, Ron believed, was a killer.  It was up
this same hill that Mehmet was now luring me.

“How far is it?” I asked.

Just 100 metres” was the reply

We covered that distance and I grew suspicious.
There was a rock with some marks on it, but the
grave marker would not have been brought up here.

“How far now?” I pressed.

“Come,” he said.

“How far?  You said 100 metres.  How far is it?”

“Just one kilometre more,” said the man.  “Come.”

I recalled the plot to get Ron into the hills and
kill him.

It was time to act – fast.  I turned to Sayim,
my driver.

“Tell him the sun is getting low.  We must
turn back.”

I wheeled around.  Having been toward the rear
of the party, I was now in front, racing down
the hill, back toward the 12-foot altar.

My team member Trevor was waiting further down.

Meanwhile, back at the car, the children of
these grave robbers were pilfering my bag.

In the open, I felt a little safer.  Shooting
with my camera, I headed straight into the area
that Mehmet had avoided taking me – the site of
Noah’s house and the two graves.  I turned and
took another shot, looking back.

As Trevor and I leapt into the car, we were
accosted by some of Mehmet’s men. We arched our
bodies low in the car, as our driver sped off.

CONCLUSION

And oh, about that baggage search, in case you
were wondering…

I still have the piece of paper that I stuffed
down behind my trousers, and that fell to the
ground…  that visa from the outlawed Kurds.

And in case you are wondering what that other
passenger did when he saw me hiding it and it
fell to the ground, I think he must have been a
Kurd, because he didn’t tell the Turkish police
what he had seen occur.

Article 110 - Canons of International Law

110.1

Canons of International Law

By this most sacred Covenant, the Canons of International Law are formed, also known as Canonum De Ius Gentium. All standards of Divine Law as it pertains to International Law are subject to inclusion in the Canon of International Law.

110.2

Primary and only true 1st Canon of International Law

Any law, court orders, opinions or other quasi legal claim that contradicts this most sacred fact, or contradicts one or more clauses contained within Canonum De Ius Gentium shall be ispo facto null and voided from the beginning.

110.3

Structure of Canon of International Law

The Canon of International Law, also known as Canonum De Ius Gentium is structured into One (1) Book, which in turns is divided into Chapters, which in turn are divided into articles and then one or more Canons within each article.

The major Chapters of the Canon of International Law shall be:

II. National Sovereignty
III. International Rights
IV. International Jurisdiction
V. Treaties and Agreements
VI. Regional Unions
VII. Global Unions

XI Procedures

Article 111 - Covenant Amendment

111.1

Covenant Amendment

Before the Day of Redemption, it may be necessary from time to time to amend this Covenant for the benefit of good government of One Heaven.

Providing it has been proven that the proposed amendment does not in any way contravene the Principles of this Covenant, nor dismantle the primary objects of this Covenant, nor eliminate nor weaken any Divine Remedy then a minor amendment to this Covenant is permissible.

111.2

Clause amendment

A clause amendment is where an specific clause contained in this Covenant is approved for amendment either through the complete replacement of all the words contained within the clause, or minor word alteration.

A clause amendment shall only be permitted under one or more of the following conditions:

(i) That the clause contains a style (capitals), typographical or simple grammatical error which will be corrected through the proposed amendment; or

(ii) That the clause contains a significant grammatical error which renders any true intention of the clause impossible and that the proposed amendment will correct this error to the original intent; or

(iii) That the clause contains a significant error contradicting one or more other clauses of the Covenant and that the proposed amendment will correct this error to the original intent; and

(iv) The proposed amendment does not relate in anyway to any reference to Official powers or procedures; and

(v) It is before the Day of Judgment.

No clause amendment is permitted after the Day of Judgment. Any clause amendment that occurs after the Day of Judgment shall be null and void ab initio (from the beginning).

111.3

Clause enhancement

A clause enhancement amendment is where a new clause or enhanced meaning to a clause is added to the Covenant.

Clause enhancement shall only be permitted under one or more of the following conditions:

(i) That the new clause does not contradict any existing clause, nor diminish the effect of any existing clause of the Covenant

At the 2nd Great Conclave delegates shall be permitted to vote on proposed clause enhancements providing no proposed enhancement contravenes anything stated by this article.

111.4

Two/thirds majority

Amendments to the Covenant after the Day of Judgment must be framed as a free and fair vote to the delegates to a Great Conclave. For an amendment to be valid and enacted requires a two/thirds of the total votes cast by the total delegates to a Great Conclave.

The material alteration of an article, including changing its title and essential function is not permitted.

XI Procedures

Article 112 - Great Divine Writs

112.1

The 13 Great Divine Writs of Justice

By this most sacred Covenant, thirteen (13) sacred writs are recognized as having the highest Judicial Power and Authority over all other Writs, excluding the Writs and Deeds of the Apocalypse.

These thirteen (13) sacred writs shall be known as the Great Divine Writs of Justice and may only be issued by three (3) justices of a national, union or global court of a Ucadia society or when such courts are administered purely by spiritual members, then three (3) living members, having perfected their competent living status and claim of right through Ecclesiastical Deeds.

112.2

Great Writs Issued Against a Member or Group of Members Only

By definition, all men, woman and higher order spirits, living and deceased are members of One Heaven. Furthermore, natural birth of the flesh is proof of lawful conveyance from a Divine Trust to a True Trust as a result of willing consent by the Divine Person to be born in accordance with the articles of this sacred Covenant. Therefore, the existence of the body of a living flesh Homo Sapien is proof of their divine (ecclesiastical) consent to obey this sacred Covenant and associated Canons of Law.

A Great Divine Writ is therefore issued against Members by three Living Members and three Spiritual Members representing a jury of peers as witness to the Writ and associated Deed.

As a Great Divine Writ is issued to a Member under the rules of Membership, the rules and orders of any non Ucadian society or society not recognized as deriving its legitimate power from this Covenant are null and void, having no effect on the validity of a Great Divine Writ.

A Great Divine Writ may only be issued against a Member claiming a senior Ecclesiastical Office, therefore power and rights from Heaven and the Divine Creator to hold such office, regardless of which society the office is located.

Furthermore, should a Member to whom a Great Divine Writ is issued demonstrate further dishonor, then such a Member shall automatically demonstrate incompetence against their Divine Person, the Divine Creator and the source of claimed power of their claimed office.

112.3

Issue of Live Borne Record

In accordance with Article 42.1, any member claiming a senior Ecclesiastical Office that by definition therefore claims the source of its power from Heaven and the Divine Creator may have a Live Borne Record issued on behalf of their Divine Person and Divine Trust as proof of superior title under Heaven and the Great Register, regardless of the consent or non-consent of their Flesh.

A man or woman who seeks to rule by force and fear alone may not have their Live Borne Record redeemed. However, any man or woman who claims a mandate for power by office, therefore claims ecclesiastical powers and therefore agree they are subject to the jurisdiction of the Divine Creator and One Heaven.

A Great Divine Writ is issued and registered through the Supreme Court of One Heaven and is permanently recorded for all time.

112.4

Criteria for Issuing a Great Divine Writ

As a Great Divine Writ is a supremely sacred and powerful instrument, it may only be issued in the extreme of circumstances when a Member has shown complete contempt for the Covenant of One Heaven and associated Canons.

When formal Diplomatic Liaison and standing has been established between the Society and an alternate Society, a Great Writ may not be issued against an Officer of the Alternate Society without first providing a Motion for the Writ, including all the allegations and alleged facts with 40 days to remedy. If remedy is not provided within 40 days, then the Writ may be issued.

When no formal Diplomatic Liaison and standing exists with an alternate Society, the Great Divine Writ may be issued directly to one level of their chain of command, with higher levels of command given notices of the motion of the writ and a copy of the writ.

When issuing to a Member for allegations not directly associated with an Office of an alternate society, the Member must be provided a Motion for the Writ, including all the allegations and alleged facts with 40 days to remedy. If remedy is not provided within 40 days, then the Writ may be issued.

The following are the valid criteria that must exist before a Motion for a Writ and Great Divine Writ may be issued:

(i) That those issuing the motion/writ hold evidence of a grave breach of one or more Articles of the official final promulgated Covenant Pactum De Singularis Caelum or one or more associated official final promulgated Canons; and

(ii) That those issuing the motion/writ have established their competency and are not themselves in dishonor; and

(iii) That at least two attempts are documented demonstrating those issuing the motion/writ have sought mediation, or some formal remedy from either the Member named on the writ or their appointed agents with no result.

112.5

Rule for whom to issue a Great Writ and Notice

The respect of the chain of command of alternate societies is fundamental to remain in honor. Therefore, the rule for whom a Great Writ is issued must be followed:

A Peer is a man or woman, now a spirit member of Heaven who previously held the same position as the Living Member to whom the Writ is issued. For example, if a Great Divine Writ were to be issued against a President of a Nation, then the three (3) Peers will be three formed Presidents of the same nation now deceased.

Therefore, when a Living Member dishonors a Great Divine Writ, they also openly, confess to dishonoring the memory of the three former office holders as well as their nation, their history, their laws and heritage.

112.6

Issue and Annexing of Live Borne Record to Great Writ

When a Great Writ is issued, a Live Borne Record must be issued for the member to whom the writ is issued.

112.7

Writ issued by superior Ucadian Society

When a national, union or global court of a Ucadia society is fully appointed by living flesh members in accordance with its relevant charter, then a Great Writ of Justice may be issued by three (3) judges of the appropriate court under the following conditions:

(i) The form of the writ conforms precisely to the standards prescribed for the particular Great Writ of Justice in accordance with this sacred Covenant, associated Canons, Codes and procedures; and

(ii) The cause for the writ to be issued conforms to the purpose prescribed for the particular Great Writ of Justice, that a clear demonstration of injury to the Rule of Law exists and that the parties who are alleged to have caused the injury have already demonstrated dishonor by refusing fair mediation and remedy in good faith; and

(iii) The Writ includes a Deed of Facts and Interrogatories that conforms to the form prescribed associated Canons, Codes and procedures, known also by its Latin title for example Factum Verum Et Rogitare Habeas Corpus [Latin name of Writ must be appropriate to the Writ]; and

(iv) The writ is sealed by three (3) Judges using their Great Seals of the Court and their office, as authorized.

112.8

Writ issued by three living members as Trustees

When a national, union and global court of a Ucadia society is administered purely by spiritual members in accordance with its relevant charter, then a Great Writ of Justice may be issued by three (3) living members under the following conditions:

(i) The form of the writ conforms precisely to the standards prescribed for the particular Great Writ of Justice in accordance with this sacred Covenant, associated Canons, Codes and procedures; and

(ii) The cause for the writ to be issued conforms to the purpose prescribed for the particular Great Writ of Justice, that a clear demonstration of injury to the Rule of Law exists and that the parties who are alleged to have caused the injury have already demonstrated dishonor by refusing fair mediation and remedy in good faith; and

(iii) The Writ includes a Deed of Facts and Interrogatories that conforms to the form prescribed associated Canons, Codes and procedures, known also by its Latin title for example Factum Verum Et Rogitare Habeas Corpus [Latin name of Writ must be appropriate to the Writ]; and

(iv) The writ is sealed by three (3) unique ink seal thumbprints corresponding to the three (3) competent living trustees issuing the Great Writ.

112.9

Deed of Facts and Interrogatories

The Deed of Facts and Interrrogatories associated with each and every Great Writ is an essential component outlining the facts and circumstances of the issue of the writ and the key questions the recipients are required by deed to respond.

If the recipients do not respond, then the Deed of Facts and Interrogatories is the official confession of the recipients of the Great Writ of their sins, dishonor and granting the execution of the penalties and/or actions contained within the Deed of Facts and Interrogatories.

112.10

Power and Effect of Issue of Great Writ of Justice

When issued to any inferior court and officers, then by the laws of all societies such orders must be obeyed.

Therefore, any court that disobeys one of the Great Writs of Justice shall be demonstrating not only contempt for all forms of law in all of Heaven and on Earth, but fundamental contempt for the very laws of their own society.

112.11

Dishonor of Great Writ of Justice

When a Great Writ is dishonored, the subsequent steps towards perfecting the dishonor and any associated penalty is dependent upon the nature of the Great Writ issued and its cause.

112.13

Writ of Restitutio

The Sacred Writ of Restitutio shall be reserved for remedy and relief when any man or woman seeks an agreement with a society to end any controversy by presenting proof of their standing, restitution and underwriting to a senior official of the society.

The Writ shall be served upon the highest official of the alternate society including such financial instruments to provide financial restitution and assurance against any further controversy.

112.14

Writ of Habeas Corpus

The Sacred Writ of Habeas Corpus shall be reserved for remedy and relief when any man or woman is unlawfully detained.

The Writ shall be served upon the present custodian and officials directly responsible for the unlawful detainment of a member, ordering that the prisoner be brought before the court, together with proof of claimed authority as why the prisoner should continue to be detained.

As the Writ is issued under the highest holy authority against the unlawful kidnapping of a member, any claimed suspension of Habeas Corpus under common law or other unilateral statutes of a commercial court of a franchise shall have no effect.

As such a Sacred Writ shall be an Order of last resort against clear contempt for rule of law, any motion for a Writ of Habeas Corpus must clearly demonstrate unlawful detainment and a clear injury to the law.

112.15

Writ of Mandamus

The Sacred Writ of Mandamus shall be reserved for remedy and relief when any man or woman fails to obey due process and perform their duties of office as prescribed by the laws governing that office.

The Writ shall be served upon the man or woman holding office ordering any dishonorable and unlawful behaviour cease, or ordering lawful duty be performed as the suit may be.

As the Writ is issued under the highest holy authority, any claimed suspension of Mandamus under common law or other unilateral statutes of a commercial court of a franchise shall have no effect.

As such a Sacred Writ shall be an Order of last resort against clear contempt for the obligations and duty of office and rule of law, any motion for a Writ of Mandamus must clearly demonstrate clear and willful behaviour of contempt and failure to perform lawful duty.

112.16

Writ of Quo Warranto

The Sacred Writ of Quo Warranto shall be reserved for remedy and relief against any man or woman who fails to obey due process and perform their duties of office as prescribed by the laws governing that office by exceeding and/or abusing their authority.

The Writ shall be served upon the man or woman holding office demanding they demonstrate to the court by what authority they claim to be exercising such excess of authority? Failure to respond to the court shall be the highest of contempt and leave such a man or woman liable for a Divine Writ of Interdico (Interdict).

As the Writ is issued under the highest holy authority, any claimed suspension of Quo Warranto under common law or other unilateral statutes of a commercial court of a franchise shall have no effect.

112.17

Writ of Certiorari

The Sacred Writ of Certiorari shall be reserved for remedy and relief when an inferior court is ordered to send the records and adjudication of the matter to the superior court, effectively stripping the inferior court of the specific authority to hear the matter.

The Writ shall be served upon any inferior court in matters of jurisdiction where a Member of a Ucadian Society affirms remedy and relief from ongoing action in an inferior court of an alternate Society. When served, the court is obliged to immediately provide any and all records to the superior court, including removing any and all hearing listings, docket listings concerning the matter in question.

112.18

Writ of Prohibitio

The Sacred Writ of Prohibitio shall be reserved for remedy and relief to order an inferior court to cease any and all further action on a matter as it has been addressed by a superior court. Whilst similar to the Writ of Certiorari, the Writ of Prohibitio does not require the inferior court to provide any records to the superior court, simply to cease any and all further action in the matter.

The Writ shall be served upon any inferior court where matters have already been heard and judged by a superior court, but the matters have not yet been completed in the inferior court. It shall principally be used as remedy and relief where a Member of a Ucadian Society motions a superior Ucadian Court to hear and resolve the matter. As all Ucadian Courts are the highest jurisdiction of all societies both internationally and domestically, the courts of the inferior society are obliged to immediately cease any further action.

112.19

Writ of Procedendo

The Sacred Writ of Procedendo shall be reserved for remedy and relief when a superior court has reviewed the records of a matter and then orders an inferior court to proceed to judgment based on the corrected records. A Writ of Procedendo does not seek to influence the judgment, only that a judgment is demonstrated consistent with the suit and within the rule of law.

The Writ shall be served upon the appropriate inferior court from which the records of a matter were reviewed.

112.20

Writ of Coram Nobis

The Sacred Writ of Coram Nobis shall be reserved for remedy and relief when a superior court has received the records of a previously adjudicated matter by an inferior court and upon clear errors and failure of due process, orders the record be corrected.

The Writ shall be served upon any inferior court in matters of jurisdiction where a Member of a Ucadian Society affirms remedy and relief from the failure of an inferior court of an alternate Society in one or matters of their own law and rule of law in general. When served, the court is obliged to immediately correct their error on the record.

As the Writ is issued under the highest holy authority, any claimed suspension of Coram Nobis under common law or other unilateral statutes of a commercial court of a franchise shall have no effect.

When an inferior court demonstrates contempt for their own laws by failure to correct a fundamental error of law, then the superior court shall have the full right to issue a Writ of Venia.

112.21

Writ of Scire Facias

The Sacred Writ of Scire Facias shall be reserved for remedy and relief against the issue of false titles, letters patent and documents granting rights and privileges to which the parties named are not entitled.

The Writ shall be served upon the clerk of an inferior court and the named Respondent(s) to give cause why the record granting such false records should not be immediately annulled and the land vacated and/or property returned.

Failure of the Respondent(s) to give reasonable cause shall require the clerk using the sheriff under the same Writ to immediately seize the land and/or property. Any sheriff that fails to execute a sacred Writ of Scire Facias immediately places themselves in contempt and the forfeit of their bonds as well as further orders by the court.

As the Writ is issued under the highest holy authority, any claimed suspension of Scire Facias under common law or other unilateral statutes of a commercial court of a franchise shall have no effect.

As such a Sacred Writ shall be an Order of last resort against clear contempt for proper recording of land, title and property, any motion for a Writ of Scire Facias must clearly demonstrate clear right by the suitor and failure of due process by both the Respondent(s) and the inferior courts and records management.

112.22

Writ of Salvus

The Sacred Writ of Salvus ("Salvaging rights and property ") shall be reserved for remedy and relief against any trust or corporation unregistered in the Great Ledger and Public Record of One Heaven that has demonstrated clear contempt for the law, moral behaviour and the community at large.

The Writ shall be served upon the men and woman continuing to act in dishonor as heads of any trust or corporation unregistered in the Great Ledger and Public Record granting full legal immunity and authority to seize any and all assets of the unregistered entity and therefore salvage the property.

A corporation that is unable to demonstrate its lawful registration in the Great Ledger and Public Record of One Heaven therefore has no soul, no spirit, therefore cannot legally argue it has any legal personality, regardless of any statutes of inferior commercial courts. When such a corporation continues to injure the community, the law, such a Writ of Salvus shall be issued as a last resort.

112.23

Writ of Jus Sentio

The Sacred Writ of Jus Sentio ("lawful vote") shall be reserved for remedy and relief in validating the fair conduct of an election.

The Writ shall be served to head of the executive government.

112.24

Writ of Interdico

The Sacred Writ of Interdico shall be reserved for remedy and relief as a last resort against any man, woman or man or woman demonstrating clear contempt for rule of law.

The Writ of Interdico ("Interdict") is the most serious and powerful of all the sacred writs in that it instructs every member of every society to outlaw the man, woman or corporation and forbids any trade, communication, material support whatsoever.

The Writ shall be served to the executive government, including the arms of the military and justice to see that the Writ of Interdico is executed. The failure to immediately execute an sacred Writ of Interdico shall place the senior individual men and women of the alternate society in contempt and personally liable to have their bonds of office seized and the military and/or justice authorities to have them arrested.

As the Writ of Interdico is so severe it is reserved for only the worst examples of contempt and evil.

112.25

Writ of Venia

The Sacred Writ of Venia ("pardon forgiveness") shall be reserved for remedy and relief for those Members of the Society who have been convicted of a crime.

It shall be issued to the Officials of Justice of an alternate society ordering the record be altered to reflect that the man or woman in question has been pardoned and to ensure any criminal record is permanently removed and they be immediately released.

Contempt for a Writ of Venia is a serious and evil offense against all men, women and spirits, living and deceased as it denies the existence of Redemption. Therefore, any official of any alternate society that does not acknowledge a Writ of Venia must be issued an immediate Writ of Interdico ("Interdict")--the most severe lawful punishment of all Heaven and Earth for such contempt for Divine Remedy.

Article 113 - Anicetum Decernere Judgments

113.1

Anicetum Decernere Judgments

When the One Heaven Supreme Court is in session upon the Earth in accordance with this sacred Covenant, The Court may uses its Original Powers of Jurisdiction to make rulings in accordance with Divine Canon Law and this Covenant by Judgment, whether or not a sacred writ has been issued by a third party.

These rulings shall be known as Anicetum Decernere Judgments and shall represent the highest of law and valid addendum to the Covenant.

The word anicetum was chosen as it means "unsurpassable sovereign remedy", while decernere means "decision, judgment, decree". Hence, Anicetum Decernere literally means "final, absolute, irrevocable judgment"

113.2

Anicetum Decernere Judgments as Law

Any Anicetum Decernere Judgment is ipso facto original law and primary law of any and all societies of men, women and higher order spirits, living and deceased to the extent that it does not contradict this most sacred Covenant or the body of Canons known as Astrum Iuris Divini Canonum.

As a final and irrevocable judgment from a a validly constituted court, Anicetum Decernere Judgments may be official cited above any and all other case law, precedents, judgments and orders of lesser courts.

113.3

Valid Anicetum Decernere Judgment

Anicetum Decernere Judgment may only be considered valid if they adhere to the following essential criteria:

(i) That the Judgment meets the criteria of a Quorum for any matter of Original Jurisdiction; and

(ii) That the Judgment falls within the original powers and jurisdiction of the Court; and

(iii) That the Judgment does not contradict any Article of the Covenant of One Heaven, nor previous Anicetum Decernere Judgment; and

(iv) That the Judgment introduces at least one new ruling not previously addressed in any previous Anicetum Decernere Judgment; and

(v) That the Judgment is rendered before the end of the Year of Redemption or within the forty (40) day period of a Great Conclave.

Drawing on my 13,000 days of documented sea time fishing king crab in Alaska and fifty years tendering salmon across Cook Inlet I can see where drogue stones would have been necessary to keep a large vessel from capsizing.  [Drogue stones were 10-ton anchor blocks of stone suspended underneath a large vessel. Whenever a big wave forced it over on its side the stones would pull it back upright again.] Take heed as we may have to use this technology again…

Every culture in the world has a legend of a great flood and people surviving aboard some kind of large floating craft. After researching the various locations of the Ark listed in the Bible and Koran I came to the conclusion that there had to be at least two different Arks grounded on the mountains of Ararat. One is located at the eleven thousand foot level and one at seventy five hundred foot level. I also believe that there are several other Arks on every continent around world.

Note the water worn hills with the rugged outcropping that was sticking out of the water at one time indicating the height of the sea.

It is possible that a global civilization as technological advanced as our own could be destroyed in a gigantic global event? Could our busy and integrated global society vanish overnight with little or no warning? The ancients said yes. The holy Bible says yes. The Book of Enoch says yes. The Book of Kolbrin says yes. The indigenous people from around the world say yes. The mystic seers and visionaries all say YES.

Mankind has this overblown opinion of himself that ancient civilizations were primitive and ignorant and didn’t have high technology. The more you study ancient texts it becomes obvious that quite the opposite is true. Yet Academics continue to preach the dogmatic “strait line evolution theory” where primitive man progressed from chipping flints in a cave to putting men on the Moon. More and more we are finding advanced cities with pyramids and multistory buildings on the bottom of the ocean and in jungles on top of mountains where no human has set foot for thousands of years.

More dogma is perpetuated by various religious groups who preach that the Earth was created 6,000 years ago. Both sides refuse to read the ancient texts or study the geologic record. This dogma on both sides has held us back from discovering our roots. Then there are the secret societies that hide the facts to keep both sides warring for societal manipulation and profit. 

   

David Rupp and Jack Septkowski compiled the time line disappearance of millions of biological organisms with pink iridium clay layers in ancient sedimentary deposits to make the remarkable discovery that Earth was subjected to regular extinctions every 27-million years. The major extinctions killed up to 95% of all life on Earth right down to bacteria. In addition, there were many minor extinction in between. It’s as if the Earth had to be sterilized every so often before new life could be introduced. Earth is obviously an incubator for new life forms.

Evolution cannot account for the huge diversity of life we see on Earth today. Aliens chose Earth because of its higher rate of evolution. Obviously someone is coming here to re-seeding the Earth between extinctions and they are watching over us at the present time. Many groups call them the “watchers.” Whenever the little grays land in the forest they are seen taking samples of plants and small animals. Then there is the cattle mutilations where strategic animals parts are removed and the bloods completely drained from the carcass.   They seem to be monitoring and concerned about our environment—or what we are doing to it—“the toxins we are releasing with our chemical pesticides and crude carbon burning methods.”

In the spring of 1972 my wife and two children at the time traveled by plane to Cordova to take command of the old 72-foot Mary M. I had purchased it from Rocky Roswell’s widow, Roslyn for $18,000 and traded my father’s old 45-foot power scow Shrimp to Yule Kilcher for his interest in the boat. The boat had been lying idle in Cordova for the past year and was in terrible shape.

Kilcher’s crew had tried to burn it twice. The first time they cut the fuel line running to the aft tanks and drained lots of diesel into the fish hold. There was an old cotton mattress lying in the hold and it made so much smoke they got scarred and put the hatch cover back on and the fire went out. The second time they carried four open five-gallon cans of gas down and threw it down the hatch into the engine room and splashed some of it onto the galley table and threw in a match. This time the fire really took off. 

Cordova has the best fire department in the state. They rushed down to the boat harbor with large chemical fires extinguishers and put the fire out right away. All the overhead beans in the engine room were charred in more than ½ inch. There was no wiring left and there was dry chemical fire extinguisher powder everywhere. The insurance adjuster left behind many Kodak flash cubes from his Instamatic. There were still gas cans sitting around on deck. There was no way anybody was going to collect insurance with so much evidence pointing to arson.

The men who committed the crime turned up missing. They went deep into Prince William Sound and lived off from deer meat and clams for a month.  

The boat had been sitting for more than a year when I arrived and started work. I hired a deck hand and got her shipshape enough to make the tip to Seldovia in ten days. Everybody in Cordova thought the old Mary M would never move again.

The Mary M had been a pirate vessel with a long colorful history as a herring seiner, crab boat, shrimp dragger, tugboat and salvage vessel. Rocky used it to raise six 130-foot military power scows that had capsized off the coast of Nome.

The Mary M was built in Tacoma, Washington in 1928. The main engine was a four-cylinder Atlas that weighing over 20,000 pounds. It was built for the Metsch family who used it to seine herring in San Francisco Bay and South Eastern Alaska. They pulled sein nets by hand in those days because Mario Puretic hadn’t invented the power block yet so fishermen  needed a big crew of ten or twelve men to pull the net aboard. There were six bunks in the focsil ahead of the engine room and two bunks aft in the pilot house.

At the time I didn’t have much experience operating a large vessel. When I approached the fuel dock in preparation for the trip I broke two wooden piling that were cabled together as part of a dolphin to tie up the ferry boat. Fortunately nobody saw the boat glance off the piling. I fuelled the main tanks and departed Cordova.

I was up high on the flying bridge happy as a clam enjoying the view. The engine was chugging along with a wonderful four beat rhythm. The sun was slowly sinking behind the mountains. Suddenly the ancient oil pressure gauge on the bridge suddenly dropped to zero. There was only 4 pounds per square inch to begin with and now it was zero. I slid down the ladder and dashed down to the engine room to shut it off.

The 20,000 pound Atlas diesel is 16-feet long and six-foot high. It is a huge mass of pipes, push rods, cams, oil tanks, rocker arms, ratchets, pawls and pumps. I searched around frantically for the problem, couldn’t find it, bared the flywheel to the start position and pulled the air start lever. It chugged back to life but there was still no oil pressure. Finally after tracing the pipes from the oil tank to the oil pump I noticed that a 1-inch pin had backed out of the rocker arm assembly that operated the plunger pump. I simply pushed it back in and put a 16-penny nail through where a cotter key had fallen out.

I was much younger in those days and thought nothing of worked day and night. We eventually arrived in Seldovia and bought groceries. The engine had been knocking so I the covers off one side and checked the rod bearings. One of the rod bearing caps had was loose so I took it off and laid a strip of solder in it and put it back on again with considerable tork. I removed it again and checked the solder with a micrometer. It was ten thousandths of an inch clearance which according to the book was at the upper limit of tolerance.

We continue on up Kachemak Bay to our house in Halibut Cove. The next week I installed hatch tank in her hold to keep crab alive so that I could fish August 15^th. We made good money fishing king crab the next three years. I was anxious to change the old 1926 Atlas so I decided to take the Mary M south to replace some planks and install a more modern engine.

The first trip we made to Seattle we took our time stopping at every town and village all through South Eastern Alaska and Canada. In Anacortes, Washington we did two months of hull work changing 32 planks and installed a new bow stem. After Christmas I took her through the locks into Lake Union and tied up at East Lake 88 Hamlin Street Columbia Ward Fishers dock. The Mary M was moored right outside Wynn Brindle’s office. Wynn owned ten salmon canneries in various parts of Alaska. Every morning he come by wearing his old felt hat and put one foot up on the dock rail to see how I was progressing. At that time, we were fishing salmon for the Columbia Wards Kenai plant.

Jerry Welch and I disassembled the 20,000 pound engine and drug it aft in pieces into the fish hold. Columbia Ward’s redneck crane operator did his best to destroy the boat by hooking various engine parts under the edge of the hatch. I believe he didn’t like me because I was just a kid and owned a boat and he didn’t. I sold the engine parts to Gagne Machine for $250.00.

I bought a practically new D-8 Cat marine engine from a cab driver for $7,500. The redneck Columbia Wards dock foreman lowered it down into the fish hold. I drug it forward with a cum-a-long on pipe rollers into the engine room. It was too tall to go through the opening in the bulkhead so I had to back it out a little and remove the heads.

As I inched it forward the head bolts gently scraped the wood timbers overhead. I bought two slabs of 1-inch-thick steel plate measuring 8-inches wide and 14- feet long from Puget sound Salvage. I made a plywood pattern of the bolt configuration and cut 1-inch holes in the steel slab with my cutting torch. I used the old Atlas lag bolts to secure them down to the massive engine bed timbers. I welded several 3/8-inch-thick steel plates across the bed plates to build the bed up to the engine mounts and welded two 4-inch angel irons onto the bed to bolt the engine down and secured it with eight ¾ inch bolts. I had allowed adjustment by putting ¾ plywood shims under the engine mounts that I removed and replaced with steel shims to line it up with the coupling.

The engine bed weighed about 2000 pounds and the D-342 Cat engine weighed 6000 pounds with the 3-to 1 ratio reduction gear. I built cement forms out of two by twelves’ planks ahead of the engine and ordered up three cubic yards of concrete. Before the cement truck arrived I had borrowed all the metal fish shuts off from Columbia Ward’s tenders and hung them on wires so that the cement would flow down into the engine room. I had a little too much and had to heap it up over the top of the forms. It all worked out as if I had planned it. After adding 10,000 pounds of concrete and 8000 pound engine, the bow of the boat still floated a foot higher than it did before I removed the Atlas.

I installed a Wagner 32 volt electric-hydraulic jog system with jog levers in the wheel house and on the flying bridge. I bought a cheap autopilot for $500 and removed the electric motor that was designed to attach to a steering wheel of a small boat. I wired the jog steering to the autopilot relays so that it would steer the Mary M. It worked like a charm. When I started the D-8 Cat for the first time it was so quiet I could barely hear it in the pilothouse. We took the Mary M out into Lake Washington for sea trials. It was very smooth and quiet and did over ten knots. It was the kind of feelings that a person experiences only once or twice in a life time.

After loading up with twenty crab pots, groceries and fuel at Fisherman’s Terminal we departed for Alaska. It was a little sloppy crossing Cross Sound so by the time we reached Ketchikan my 20 new crab pots were sliding back and for about six inches. I tack welded them to the iron flat bar on the deck.

Two days later we pulled into Yakutat to wait for weather. I was getting anxious after two days of waiting. The weather report said the wind was south east increasing to 35 later in the day. I fished in 30-knot wind lots of times and since it would be on our tail I took off out into the pacific far enough to clear Cape St. Elias. About the time we were abreast Cape St. Elias the wind picked up to over fifty knot. The seas were building higher than anything I ever saw before. The wind steadily increased to eight knots and I couldn’t see the tops—just a big wall of water looming up at a 45 degree angle. By that time, the water as cascading down the front of the 100-foot waves. Each time the cascading water filled up the back deck with six feet of water. The boat shuddered from side to side as it slowly rose up out of the trough of the wave.

With the Cat engine running full ahead we’d try to climb up the back side of the wave. The auto pilot never wavered a foot off course. All the pumps were working fine but it was particularly alarming when the boat slid down each wave backwards about 16 feet—this while the engine was at full speed ahead. Slowly the boat would inch up the back side of the wave. At the crest of the mountain-like wave I could see forward about a half mile to the top of the next wave.

The old Mary M would break through the top crest and slide down what seemed like an almost vertical incline. At that time of the cycle the boat surged forward at over 16 knots down the wave for a good quarter mile. If the auto pilot had veered off course one tiny bit the boat would have dug into the water and flipped over on its side or pitch poled completely over. If this had happened you wouldn’t be reading this right now. When we reached the bottom of the trough where the back deck filled up with water and the whole process would start over again. We rode that way four hours which seemed like an eternity.

Gradually the mountainous swells subsided. The wind switched directions more to the northeast. We were approaching the entrance of Prince William Sound entrance between Hinchinbrook and Montague islands. The weather influence of the Copper River ice fields and the delta were diverting the 80-knot winds to the northeast.

Gradually the waves changed direction and turned into real rough sixteen footers spaced about twenty-feet apart. I should have slacked off on the throttle but after the harrowing experience of weathering 100-foot waves I was anxious to get into calmer waters. My old Bendix radar would only reach out four miles. It was difficult to see the entrance to the sound.

Suddenly a vertical wall of green water blasted over the bow and smashed two windows of the wheel house. I ducked the plate glass as it smashed against the bulkhead behind me. A foot-high wave of salt water flushed down the companion way into the galley where my poor wife and kids were huddled near the stove. I heard them scream and hollered back that we weren't sinking that everything was alright. I immediately pulled back on the throttle and tried to reassure them telling them that we wold be inside the sound soon... The situation was grim as  everything in the pilot house instantly quit working. I manually steered the boat with only the compass for direction.

I hollered at Jerry Welch to grab a hammer and nails. I passed him an old rain coat and some scrap lumber that I keep around for emergencies. He had difficulty pushing the door of the wheelhouse open against the wind. I watched him to make sure he didn't get washed overboard as he nailed boards over the windows with 16-penny nails.

Once the engine was idling the water stopped coming over the bow. He entered the pilot house all red-faced and I increased the throttle to half speed. It took two more hours to work our way inside Prince William Sound. Jerry reported that the wind was blowing so hard he had to aim the hammer four inched to the right of the nail in order to hit it. When he hit his finger with the hammer he said he didn't even feel it.

Even after we were inside the sound the weather was very bad. Another three hours passed as we made our way to a small bay and anchored up for a day of rest.

We were lucky. We had survived the storm of a century. Many boats and planes went down that day all over Alaska. I lost a good friend. He took off in Jakaloff bay when a gust of wind let off and his Cessna 206 fell out of the sky. Fortunately he wasn't carrying passengers.

I often think back and wonder how we could have survived. Tacoma Shipyard did a marvelous job when they built the Mary M back in 1928. Surviving that storm was such a harrowing ordeal that I don’t like to think about it; let alone write about it. This will be the first and last time I will ever write about this.

NOAH's ARK

I now know how Noah must have felt riding such seas in a wooden ship filled with his large family and a host of animals.

Every culture in the world has a legend of a great flood and people surviving aboard some kind of large floating craft. After researching the various locations of the Ark listed in the Bible and Koran I came to the conclusion that there has to be at least two different Arks grounded on the mountains of Ararat. One is located at the eleven thousand foot level and one at seventy five hundred foot level. 

Further down the mountain from the above picture there is a trail of 5-ton drogue stones. It’s as if they dropped the stones one after the other to slow the drift toward land. If you look at the terrain in the picture you can see that the top of the mountain is jagged rock while just below it is smooth water worn land that has been submerged for some time. Is it possible the land rose in this location while the pressure of the flood waters receded?

Pegs to secure animals?

Below are what the explorers believe are dried peas inside the ARK used for animal food.

Look at the hills above the Ark. In the above picture you will see rounded terrain as if it had been under water or under ice for a very long time because it is completely smooth. Near the top of the hill is a jagged vertical cliff. Obviously this was sticking above the water level because it shows very little water erosion. 

A team of evangelical Christian explorers claim they've found the remains of Noah's ark beneath snow and volcanic debris on Turkey's Mount Ararat.

But some archaeologists and historians are taking the latest claim that Noah's ark has been found about as seriously as they have past ones—which is to say not very.

Turkish and Chinese explorers from a group called Noah's Ark Ministries International made the latest discovery claim Monday in Hong Kong, where the group is based.

"It's not 100 percent that it is Noah's ark, but we think it is 99.9 percent that this is it," Yeung Wing-cheung, a filmmaker accompanying the explorers, told The Daily Mail.

  

Noah's Ark Location in Turkey a Secret

The team claims to have found in 2007 and 2008 seven large wooden compartments buried at 13,000 feet (4,000 meters) above sea level, near the peak of Mount Ararat. They returned to the site with a film crew in October 2009.

Many Christians believe the mountain in Turkey is the final resting place of Noah's ark, which the Bible says protected Noah, his family, and pairs of every animal species on Earth during a divine deluge that wiped out most of humanity.

"The structure is partitioned into different spaces," said Noah's Ark Ministries International team member Man-fai Yuen in a statement. "We believe that the wooden structure we entered is the same structure recorded in historical accounts. ... "

The team says radiocarbon-dated wood taken from the discovery site—whose location they're keeping secret for now—shows the purported ark is about 4,800 years old, which coincides roughly with the time of Noah's flood implied by the Bible.

 There is a tail of many such drogue stones with Christian crosses carved on the surface.

"Noah's Ark" Wood "Way, Way, Way Too Young" Skepticism of the new Noah's ark claim extends to at least one scholar who interprets the Bible literally.

Biologist Todd Wood is director of the Center for Origins Research at Bryan College in Tennessee, which pursues biology in a creationist framework.

As a creationist, Wood believes God created Earth and its various life-forms out of nothing roughly 6,000 years ago.

It is obvious to me that the Earth has been reseeded each time because evolution is a too slow a process to account for the diversity of life forms we have today.} 

Radiocarbon dating estimates the ages of organic objects by measuring the radioisotope carbon 14, which is known to decay at a set rate over time. The method is generally thought to reach its limit with objects about 60,000 years old. The half-life of carbon 14 is about 25,000 years. Earth is generally thought to be about four and a half billion years old.

Given this perceived overestimation in radiocarbon dating, the wood the Noah's Ark Ministries International team found should have a "traditional" radiocarbon date of several tens of thousands of years.

"I'm really, really skeptical that this could possibly be Noah's Ark," he added. The wood date is "way, way, way too young."

Wood thinks Noah's ark will never be found, because "it would have been prime timber after the flood," he said.

"If you just got off the ark, and there's no trees, what are you going to build your house out of? You've got a huge boat made of wood, so let's use that," he said. "So I think it got torn apart and scavenged for building material basically."

             I don't think building houses out of ARK timbers is likely--especially when it is located at the 13,000 foot level. You can't grow food at that altitude so why would they build houses there? To even suggest that is idiotic.

Another reason scholars are skeptical of the latest Noah's ark discovery claim is that Genesis—the first book of the Bible—never specifies which peak the vessel supposedly landed on in Turkey.

"The whole notion is odd, because the Bible tells you the ark landed somewhere in Urartu,"—an ancient kingdom in eastern Turkey—"but it's only later that people identified Mount Ararat with Urartu," said Jack Sasson, a professor of Jewish and biblical studies at Vanderbilt University in Tennessee.
The Koran is much more precise as to the location of the Ark. The wood timbers at the 13,000 foot level in these pictures fit the Koran location wile the ship laying at the 7,000 foot level might be the Christian Ark of Noah or some other large ship. If there was more than one ARK it doesn't make any difference as long as humanity survived. Let's not quibble over minor details.  

Stony Brook's Zimansky agreed. "Nobody associated that mountain with the ark" until the tenth century B.C., he said, adding that there's no geologic evidence for a mass flood in Turkey around 4,000 years ago.


 [Here we go again with trying to mold reality to fit religious dogma. The flood didn't occur 4,000 years ago. it occurred 12,500 years ago.]

I believe there were several Arks built in all parts of the world. Every culture around the world has an Ark legend. They all knew something catastrophic was going to happen. If you look hard enough you will find boats on mountain tops on every continent. Either mankind had progressed technologically enough to see what was going to happen to Earth and started building Arks or somebody tipped us off to that reality. Either way there are probably several Arks. The US Navy discovered two five-mile-long cylinders on the bottom of the Atlantic and more recently some sort of 49-mile long iron ship is thawing out of the middle of Greenland.

We have a 3-million solar mass black hole at the center of our galaxy that is ten times the diameter of our sun. Every so often this massive black hole sucks in a star that is many times larger than our sun traveling at more than 1000 kilometer per second. When this happens the invisible burst of ultraviolet light "comes like a thief in the night." You can't see this light because it is above the range of human sight. 

It is obvious that Earth has been receded after each extinction with new life forms because evolution cannot produce the huge diversity of life that we have on the planet today.
